The Compass Framework

A way to read the pattern beneath your choices.

The Compass Protocol is not a formula. It is a way of orienting: understanding where you are, what has been choosing for you, what you are truly moving toward, and how to carry that into daily life.

North

Direction

What are you actually moving toward? Not the goal you inherited or the one that sounds acceptable — the direction that feels true when nobody is watching.

Identity, self-worth and honest reflection.

East

Pattern

What repeats? We look for the response beneath the problem: the protective belief that made sense once and is still making decisions today.

Safety, relaxation and mind-body support.

South

Root

Where did the pattern learn its job? Hypnotherapy and guided reflection let us work beneath conscious effort, where beliefs are held rather than argued with.

Connection, self-love and healthier relationships.

West

Integration

Insight alone fades. We translate what you discover into choices, habits, relationships, and a next direction you can actually live.

Questions people ask

Do I need to know what is wrong before we begin?

No. Most people arrive knowing only that something keeps repeating. Naming the pattern is part of the work, not a prerequisite for it.

Is hypnotherapy something that happens to me?

No. You remain aware and in choice throughout. Hypnotherapy simply gives us a way to work beneath conscious effort, where protective responses and beliefs are often held.

How is this different from advice or coaching alone?

Advice speaks to the conscious mind, which usually already knows what it wants. The Compass work looks at what has been choosing for you underneath that.
